Are your lunches homemade?

Yes! Jack's catering lunches are made from scratch each and every day to ensure that your child is getting the freshest, most delicious meal available.

What's included with lunch?

Every single entree comes with a fresh fruit and many come with a rotating second side such as a vegetable, chips, rice, or other snack. Preschool meals include a fresh fruit and vegetable and in some cases, milk.

Are your meals nut free?

Yes! All of our meals and recipes are nut free. Please see the section on Nut Allergens on our Terms and Privacy Policy.

What is my child has a food allergy?

Please read the meal descriptions to see what is or isn't in each meal. If your child has severe food allergies, please use your best judgement and don't hesitate to call us to double check for ingredients or preparation instructions.

When can I order lunch? 

This varies depending on your campus. However in most cases you can order off our full menu anytime up until 8 AM two days before service (you can cancel your order in that time window too.)

Can I make changes or substitutions to menu items?

Unfortunately no. We try to make our menu as diverse and kid friendly as possible and by trying to accommodate each special request, we are then unable to efficiently feed each student everyday.
